Established in 1915, the OA emphasizes service to the unit. In this way, Arrowmen give back to their troops with the

There are many opportunities for the boys to work on their cars during den meetings leading up to the derby using tools that Troop or Pack families generously allow the Pack to borrow. The derby is divided into three divisions: Tigers, Cubs (Wolves and Bears), and Webelos. Not only do the boys race their cars with the goal of having the fastest car in their division, but they also enter their car into either the Craftsmanship or Originality competition where judges chose a winner for each division. The winners in each category Speed, Craftsmanship, and Originality go on to compete in the district derby. Winners in the district then compete in the council derby.
